Carolyn is our Technical Service Representative and is also a licensed broker. She works with the many different insurance company computer systems and is responsible for much of the electronic processing that goes on day to day. Carolyn first joined the Pearson Office in 1986 as a Travel Agent and became the Manager of Pearson Travel.
She moved over from Travel to the Insurance side in 2010 to be our Technical Service Representative. Many who come into our office remember Carolyn from her days as a Travel Agent at Pearson Travel.
Carolyn lives in the Sussex area is married and has a son in high school and a daughter in college.
